Apply for a home

Applications run through our secure Buildium resident portal, the same system you’ll later use to pay rent. The fee is $40 per adult, and every application is reviewed by a real person.

What we look for

A quick self-check before you spend the application fee. These are our standard guidelines for every home:

Gross household income of at least 3x the monthly rent
A pattern of paying bills consistently and on time, verified through credit and background checks
Ready to move in within 30 days of the home’s available date
No evictions or judgments in the past 7 years
No bankruptcies in the past 10 years
Up to 2 pets considered on approval (pet fees apply)
Section 8 vouchers considered on select homes. Just ask
