- Gross income of 3x the monthly rent
- A pattern of bills paid on time (we check credit & background)
- No evictions in the past 7 years
- No bankruptcies in the past 10 years
- Able to move in within 30 days

How renting from us works
Tour the home
Pick a home and request a tour online, or just text us. We’ll confirm a time by phone, text, or email, usually the same day.
Apply online
Applications run through our secure Buildium portal: $40 per adult, with standard credit and background screening.
Sign & move in
Approved? We’ll walk you through the lease, collect the deposit, and hand over the keys.

AZ Home for Us is pleased to offer excellent homes for excellent renters. We offer personalized service, well-kept homes, speedy maintenance, and online rent payment to make renting pleasant and painless.
